What was the prison sentence for Phan Sao Nam?

When the operation was dismantled, Nam, along with some accomplices, fled the country for over two months. In October 2017, Phan Sao Nam decided to return to Vietnam and surrender.

During the execution of the sentence, the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Court issued two reduction decisions, totaling 22 months and 7 days. Therefore, on February 6, 2021, Phan Sao Nam was officially released.
